Meeting the minimum requirements will allow you to access the Metaverse Experience Room, but for an optimal experience, consider the following:
Use a wired internet connection whenever possible.
Close background applications that may use significant bandwidth.
Keep your device's operating system and graphics drivers up to date.
Use a high-quality headset or headphones to enjoy the full audio experience.
For an optimal Metaverse experience on a mobile platform, the following minimum hardware requirements are recommended:
Operating System: iOS 14.0 or Android 10.0 and above
Processor: Quad-core processor or higher
RAM: 3 GB or more
Storage: 32 GB of available storage
For a seamless experience on a desktop platform, the following minimum hardware requirements are recommended:
Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 10.14 and above
Processor: Dual-core CPU, 2.5 GHz or higher
RAM: 8 GB or more
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560 or equivalent
To ensure a smooth and reliable connection to the Metaverse Experience Room, please meet the following network requirements:
Network Type: 4G LTE or 5G connection, Broadband connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
Speed: Minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps
Latency: Less than 50 ms

Select the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser to expand the Settings menu. From the Settings drop-down menu, select More Tools and then Developer Tools from the pop-out menu that appears
In the developer tools window, select the Network tab. The logs you will want to collect are the Network and Console. The red circle icon to the far left indicates that you are recording network data
Refresh the page after opening the developer tools window and let the page load. Press the red circle, or Ctrl + E, to pause recording the network data. The circle will turn grey, indicating that it has stopped recording
Save the network trace: Right-click in the empty space in the Name section, where the Name, Status, Type, Initiator, Size, Time, and Waterfall sections appear. From the menu that appears, select Save all as HAR with content. Once selected, the Save As window will appear. Pick a name and location on your machine, and then select Save.
Select the Console tab and right-click in the empty space on any of the entries. From the menu that appears, select Save As. Once selected, the Save As window will appear. Pick a name and location on your machine, and then select Save
